Dr. Carroll is focused on peoples health and well being using Conventional Medicine, Alternative Medicine, and Integrative lifestyle measures. He has been practicing Family Medicine since 1981 when he returned to Payette to work with his father at Healthcare With Heart.

Lisa Phillips, FNP-C

Lisa Phillips has been a part of the Healthcare With Heart family for the last 20 years. Along with family medicine she is trained in Hormone Replacement therapy, Integrative Medicine to include mental, spiritual and physical medicine in a Rural Healthcare With Heart setting.

Ben Barbot, FNP-C, DNP

Ben Barbot received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University in 2013. He went on to graduate from Idaho State University in 2016 with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice focused on rural family practice.

Rene alamo, pmhnp-bc

Rene achieved his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Boise State in 2019 and a Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Gonzaga University August of 2023. He has over 20 years' experience in the medical field, starting out as a CNA then went on to be an LPN then RN before moving on to his Bachelor's and Masters'. Outside of work he is married with four children, enjoys outdoor recreational activities as well as staying home with the family and their menagerie of animals. I believe that attaining mental health is possible for all. I strive to provide my clients with the tools and support they need to achieve optimal mental healing and stability to lead fulfilling lives of purpose. I take a holistic approach to mental health care, focusing not only on treating symptoms but also on addressing the underlying causes of the mental health issues. I use evidence-based practices, working in collaboration with my clients to develop personalized treatment plan to best suit their needs..
