Our office is open for in-person appointments!

  • Upon arrival, enter the office and check-in at the front desk.
  • A staff member will have you answer several COVID-19 screening questions and take your temperature.
  • If you are at low exposure risk, we will verify your identity and health insurance card.
  • If you are at high exposure risk, you will be offered a Telemedicine* visit from your car using your smart phone or our laptop computer. Your appointment can also be rescheduled.
  • For low risk patients, you can wait in the lobby or your car until your exam room is available.
  • When your exam room is available, we will get your weight and take you directly to your room.
  • Once in the exam room, the Medical Assistant will take your vitals and do your intake. At your discretion, you may remove your mask in the exam room.

Are you or a household member having flu type symptoms and/or possibly been exposed to COVID-19? Following is our COVID-19 testing process:

  • During business hours, call our office to schedule an appointment and process your testing order. When you arrive at your scheduled time, call us from your car.
  • Pull down the side alley (west side of building) and park at the back of the HWH building, leaving the alley way clear.
  • A staff member, in full personal protective equipment, will administer a COVID-19 test. Also possibly a flu rapid test and/or strep rapid test at the provider’s discretion.
  • COVID-19 test results are currently taking 2-3 business days to come back (subject to change).

If you test positive for COVID-19, you will have a Telemedicine* visit with one of our providers.
